KIA LINEBAUGH

Raised in Jacksonville for 45+ years, Kia has established herself in her community. This has given her great insight into the attractable properties, locations, and hotspots. She went from Ponte Vedra Palm Valley Elementary School to Nease High School and then to College at Jacksonville University earning her BS Degree in Finance. She went on to become a Financial Analyst for top Companies such as AT&T Universal Card and British Airways. Kia left the Corporate World in 2001 to start her own family. She has 3 beautiful daughters. While she enjoyed being a stay at home mom she started and juggled her own company for 5 years. Kia took her entrepreneurial spirt and passion for serving others into the world of Real Estate, becoming a Realtor. Her experience in the financial industry and familiarity with the area are an asset to both buyers and sellers. Kia has an avid love for Tennis and Jigsaw Puzzles
