Kim and Craig recently helped me sell my townhouse in West Bloomington and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I inherited the home, but lived out of state so I needed to sell fairly quick. They helped me with different scenarios and what the potential sale price would be with each one. They assisted in making quick updates and staging prior to putting it on the market in order to get the best offers possible. Once the offers came in, after only 48 hours on the market, we talked about pros and cons of each one before accepting an offer above list price. They worked with the buyers and the HOA to make any contingency fixes prior to closing. With all their hard work, the closing went super smooth. None of this would have been as quick and easy, especially with me living out of state, without the dedication Kim and Craig have shown throughout the process. I highly recommend using this wonderful team to help you buy/sell your next home!
