If you want the most awesome real estate agent you need Kim Bills – Better Homes and Gardens. She was introduced to us from our daughter and husband and our daughter in laws parents.
She sat down with us and went through everything that we needed to know about selling a home. She told us to get an inspection, which we are so glad we did. It helped us in what we needed to do to sell our home.
She suggested that we paint the outside and inside which we did.
Kim put our home on the market on a Thursday and she says we would have an open house that weekend.
Well, guess what we didn't need an open house. It was sold the same day she put it on the market.
She had also been with us threw all the process of building a new house. She has been at every meeting, preconstruction meeting, all the changes that we made she was there. She came to our walk threw and closing.
If we ever have to sell again she will be the agent we get.
Again we were spoiled with having Kim as our agent.

We have experience working with several different real estate agents. A serious real estate agent is expected to wear many different hats: advocate, analyst, consultant, marketer, negotiator, networker, seller. With Kim, it felt like we were working with a close friend that possessed ALL of those skills. If you are looking for a low stress home sale experience we would highly recommend working with Kim Bills. When we were told we had to move, we weren’t sure what realtor to work with. We started doing research and read reviews of many different realtors. We reached out to Kim over a holiday weekend and was surprised that Kim responded back immediately. Let me put you on to something. If you're going to hire a realtor, hire Kim. We used her for buying our home (original review below) and then selling it when we moved four years later. Kim walked us through this new process step by step, was attentive, went over thoroughly our pricing, and then helped us make the right choice for a buyer. I refer her to family, friends, coworkers, anyone that even thinks about buying/selling a house, because she is the best. Furthermore, we are a military family and this sale was an emotional one for us because it was our first house. Kim sent us a drawing of our house with our address that we will cherish forever as we move over and over again. Bottom line -- if you're looking for a realtor, don't hesitate to hire Kim.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Kim. We were looking for our first home, out of state, and on a somewhat short timeline. One of the things that really stood out to us is that we provided Kim with a price range and a general set of guidelines we were looking for at a minimum in our home. She never went a cent above our price range and everything she showed was very close to our requests. There were a few homes we looked at when we started that she prefaced with something along the lines of "I know you likely wont like this one, but I'd like to hear your comments on it so I know better what to look for in the coming days." As this was our first home purchase, we had a ton of silly questions and she was very patient with us and took time to explain the barrage of questions we were sending her way. While waiting to close on our home in another state, she stayed in touch with updates about the home and what the next steps would be. Finally, if you are still on the fence.... she kindly gave us a housewarming basket of goodies that included a jar with ingredients and the recipe to make some of the best cookies I've ever had, and they made the house spell amazing!

I did a lot of prep work before hiring an agent, and everywhere I looked Kim Bills had the highest reviews and recommendations. I knew it going in she was likely to be the agent we picked, but decided to interview several just to make sure. We were right, and all of the other recommendations were spot on. Prepping the house to go on the market, Kim had quality contacts for getting new carpet installed, and interior paint done on short notice and at reasonable prices. My fiancée and I received a recommendation for Kim from Brandon Martin over at First National bank. Brandon told us Kim was one of the best in the business.. he was not kidding. Kim knows Omaha and the surrounding areas very well. We moved from Gretna into Omaha. We looked in Gretna and Kim was able to find every house for sale. Kim found out that the best houses for what our new family wanted and needed were just outside of Gretna. She found the winner in the early morning it was listed. Later that evening Kim suggested an offer for my fiancée and I to place on the house, with that offer we were able to buy our new home. Our offer also beat 2 other offers that were made the same day. We did not even go into the house before our offer was accepted. Kim sent us all the pictures of the house, since we felt like we can trust her we decided to buy it. We feel that if it were not for Kim, we would not have found such a great house. Kim is a professional, she knows what she is doing and made very smart decisions for us and our future. I had no idea about what to do to sell a house, luckily Kim was here to help me. I decided on showing an empty home so Kim and her folks put a few little decorations out to make it look inviting. I saw the pictures and couldn't believe it was my house, almost made me want to keep it. After the inspection I had a couple of things that needed to be fixed. I didn't know who to hire, Kim stepped in and got some estimates for me and handled the whole process for me. What a relief it was that she was there to help me through all of this. Prior we worked with another realtor couple with an agency. We just made major updates to our home and thought it would sell quickly but it didn't. After our contract ended with them, we called Kim Bills. Originally our contractor referred her but felt obligated to the realtors that we promised to list with. They did not come through for us. We called Kim and she immediately took action. She said we have done all the right things and she didn't know why our home hasn't sold. It came down to MARKETING!!! Kim used every social media site to advertise, realtor sites, and even the Omaha World Herald.
