Hi, I’m Kim Blaylock – a proud University of Central Florida alum (Go Knights!), longtime Central Florida resident, and dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping others achieve their home dreams.
After earning my Marketing degree from UCF, I got my start in the vacation product marketing world. But it wasn’t long before I discovered my true calling: real estate. More than 30 years later, I still find incredible joy in guiding homebuyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Whether I'm helping sellers get their home market-ready, strategizing through complex negotiations, or celebrating with buyers as they receive the keys to their dream home, I bring heart, hustle, and deep local knowledge to every step of the journey. Having lived in Central Florida for over 40 years, I know the neighborhoods, the schools, the market trends—and most importantly, what makes this community so special.
When I'm not showing homes or negotiating contracts, you’ll find me enjoying all that Florida life has to offer—traveling, relaxing with family, tending to my garden, cheering on UCF sports, or spending time at the Orlando theme parks. I’m also an active volunteer in my Winter Garden church and love giving back to the community that’s given me so much.
Real estate is more than a career for me—it’s a calling. I’ve served as a mentor to new agents and work closely with a small, tight-knit team made up of two of my closest friends. We support each other, share our expertise, and encourage one another—ensuring every client benefits from a true team effort and exceptional service.
