Kimberly Carlsen’s interest in real estate goes back to her childhood. Her dad was a real estate professional, so he instilled in Kimberly a love of helping people. Even after 22 years in the industry, Kimberly still sees herself in the business of making her clients’ real estate dreams a reality. She knows that by listening to them carefully and communicating throughout the process, she can deliver those dreams swiftly and seamlessly.

As a member of the Navigate Realty team, Kimberly brings with her a high ethical standard, as well as exemplary customer service and negotiation skills. She also has experience working as a mortgage broker, so she’s dealt with virtually every aspect of the loan process. During her long career, Kimberly has seen plenty of ups and downs in the market. Significant events, such as the Great Recession of 2008, only made Kimberly stronger. They taught her how to push forward during challenging times, and no matter what, to continue putting the needs of her clients first.

Kimberly has been selling homes in the Sacramento/El Dorado Hills area for over 17 years. She also owns several real estate investments and uses her experience buying and renovating properties to help her clients make sound decisions. When she’s not working, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her children’s school.
