My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase our first home, and we couldn’t be more happy about working with Tom & Kim and closing on our house this last week. These two truly do care and put their heart and soul into every client. Where do I start tom was my and will be my forever agent the man is amazing his timing his effort he honest I could go on and on. kim as well. But don't let the great smile fool you.she is so nice but when it is time to take the gloves off and get the job done she does just that plus she bakes great cookies.If you work hard for your money and want to be treated like a human and not a number Kim Colby Homes is the place.

I was looking for a home, but not looking to be pressured by an agent. Kim and Tom worked with me at the speed that I was comfortable going at. I had so many questions being a first time buyer and they were able to answer ever single one of them. They even referred me to a mortgage company! I felt informed and educated every step of the way!
