Kim's tenure as a steward of park management provided her with unparalleled skills in processing large amounts of information, communication, and negotiation. In 2009, she transitioned to real estate and found her in-depth understanding of light and microclimate is a huge asset in helping clients evaluate properties. She successfully navigated the frenetic markets of San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma with finesse, managing a diverse portfolio ranging from historic Victorians to high-rise condominiums.

In 2016, Kim moved to Seaview, WA where she now specializes in the curation of coastal dream properties, from quaint beach cottages to sprawling rural estates. With her dual license, she offers seamless support for clients on both sides of the Astoria/Megler bridge.
