People typically only take time to write bad reviews so I had to make sure to take the time to post an exceptional review for Kim. My older parents were transitioning from the home they lived in for 47 years so you can imagine it was not easy for them. Kim made the process so stress free for them I know they are wishing they would have done it sooner. It was not without hiccups as most home sales are when dealing with people in such a crazy market. However she stayed professional kept to the plan and got the job done. 30 days in the middle of winter done!!! She was one step ahead the entire time so we knew what to expect and how to deal with it. As far as I’m concerned anyone can list a house but others really sell a house and that’s what Kim did for my parents. She did her homework and it showed. I know that whenever the day comes for me to sell my home. Kim will be my first call!
