Kim was honored to receive the Rookie of the Year recognition for her dedication and commitment to her clients in her first year in the business. Since then, she has been driven to provide a customer experience that prioritizes creative thinking and problem solving to get us to the closing table seamlessly and efficiently.
Prior to her career in real estate, Kim was Director of Sales and Community Outreach with the Table 301 Restaurant Group, where she deepened her connections and relationships within the Upstate community and strengthened her customer service acumen. The same joy shared around a table at a restaurant starts in the home, which made real estate a natural transition in her career.
Kim describes her first visit to Greenville as love at first sight. She enjoyed it so much that she moved here during the summer of 2001. This is a special place. She's resided in Michigan, Texas, and Georgia, but South Carolina is her forever home. When she's not working you'll find her cooking, traveling, and giving back to the community.
At the end of the day, real estate is about home and home is about family. As one of eight siblings, with 26 nieces and nephews and two children of her own, Kim can attest to the importance of family. She grew up with a Realtor® mother and sister, so she has been around this business for as long as she can remember.
