Me and my wife are 1st time home buyers. And from the 1st phone call with Ms. Kim I felt we was in the right hands for purchasing a home. We didn’t feel like we was meeting a realtor to view homes she felt like family. So professional so sweet so kind and had so much patience for all of my never ending questions. She answered our calls and text very promptly and we thank her and honestly can’t thank her enough! Thank you so much Ms Kim and you continue doing what you do best. Being an amazing person woman and hands down the best realtor. We enjoyed having you by our side threw this process.

Woow, Kim was something special to work with. From the beginning of the process, she walked us through every detail. She was so knowledgeable, informative and all around excellent. She made sure we were aware of everything and really sealed the deal for us. I would recommend her to ANYONE and plan to only use her in my future purchases. THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!! We were going to rent and made the decision to buy last minute due to nothing being available in the area. Mrs. Kim made our buying experience a breeze! It was a tough road literally with less than a month to work with, Mrs. Kim stayed hopeful, and didn’t give up when we almost Wed ready to throw in the towel!!! Kim Evans was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us in every step of the way! Kim Evans was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first house we looked at.

Kim Evans was always available to answer our questions even after a certain time in the evenings. She never let us wonder if there were questions that we had. A question was never too small!! If a house got added we jumped on it immediately.

We appreciate Kim Evans for the dedication, hard work, understanding she has given us in finding out First Home!!! I don’t think I could have trusted anyone else to do a better job in finding our home!!!

Working with the Evans team was a dream! I met Kim Evans through a coworkers referral. I was a little nervous at first to trust someone that was so far away ( she was across the country at the time) to have my best interest at hand - but Kim and Mike quickly gained my trust with there quick responsiveness and professionalism.
Kims diligence was the key to finding exactly what I was looking for, especially in the current market! She took the time to explain common market terms and educated me on current trends when I was unsure or unaware of how something worked - this was invaluable for a first time/inexperienced home buyer! I walked away from closing excited and feeling confident that everything was set up and taken care of the way I wanted it! Additionally, she really knows how to make you feel like family by going above and beyond by giving local recommendations, everything from handymen to hair salons once I moved Into the area. “ Your house is out there, you just have not seen it yet “ . That is what KIM Evans said to us when we started a 3 year long journey to sell the home we were living in, and buying another home.
We have been in our new home for about a month now. The experience we had was amazing, a learning experience, built on trust, knowledge, honesty, professionalism and faith.

Kim was honest with us from the start. She always made us feel she was always assessable like we were her only clients. Her unwavering ability to always have our best interest in mind was obvious from the start.

Kim laid it all out with transparency and grace providing all the options, and giving us both sides of an answer, while still allowing us to ultimately make the final decision. I would recommend Kim for anyone looking to connect with someone who will go to the very end in the house buying process. We may never buy another home again but if we did I couldn’t imagine trusting that with anyone but Kim Evans. Mrs. Kim is the BEST!!! She responds in timely and her ultimate goal is to please the buyer. She does whatever in her power to assure all needs are met all the way up until closing. Even after closing she still sticks around and that’s what plays a major factor as well.
