I got the opportunity to work with Kim Everson. She's wonderful to work with, very professional, knowledgeable, and takes initiative to help her clients understand the process of buying a home. In addition, she's patient and will speak on your behalf if you hesitate to ask questions with builders, lenders, and all the stakeholders involved in the process. Kim is involved in every step of the process, will patiently explain anything to you as buyers during the process if you have any questions, and will be present at appointments. I'm very grateful for having Kim as my agent and I would recommend Kim and her team to anyone I know. This is the type of representation anyone would want, I truly value her professionalism and support throughout this process. Kim was awesome to work with. The area I was looking was not just a hop skip and a jump. She was professional, friendly and hard working in finding my home. When I got frustrated with the market or when the homes just didn't fit my check list she always told me "we'll find it and you will know it". I remember the day we walked into the home I purchased, we boh looked at each other and said this is it and smiled. She reminded me this was my journey and she is here for me. From the time we started searching til my final signing Kim made me feel like I was her most important client even though I know she had many and she gave the same care to all. Kim is the best agent anyone can ever work with. It all started with Kim linking us up with a lender we could trust. She had direct contact with the lender and this made it very easy for us to take our next steps. She is knowledgeable, she is for you, a great advocate and helps you get what you want. She was so quick to respond anytime we texted, called, or emailed. Kim was available whenever we needed and answered our questions even to the late evenings. She is not pushy but provides great guidance. There was never a time she ever made me feel like I had a dumb question. She always answered everything professionally. When we found the house we wanted, Kim really helped negotiate for us to the point where the seller gave us a 6,000 credit. Kim is up late nights working to find you your perfect home. She came to our closing day to provide support. Even after we purchased our home, she checked in to see if we had any questions. If I could continue working with Kim in any other capacity, I would. I highly recommend Kim.
