Kim is the best! She was honest, thorough, professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about various properties coming to market even before they were on the market. She was honest and forthright. Kim helped me every step of the way, providing move in checklists, names of inspectors, attorneys and move. Once we closed and moved in she continued to check in to offer her assistance. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Westchester.

Kim, has incredible knowledge of the Rye and Rye Neck areas - both from a professional and family standpoint which was critical as first time buyers in the area. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kim. From the moment that we reached out to her about renting one of the homes she represented in Rye, Kim consistently went above and beyond to answer all of our questions/requests and make the house available for viewing at a time that worked best for us. Moving during COVID with our one-year-old daughter from NYC to Rye, a town we’ve only visited once, required us to place an enormous amount of trust in Kim. She never let us down, and her level of focus and availability was unlike anything we’ve previously encountered. While we hope to remain long term tenants of the home we are currently renting, Kim will be the first person we call when we’re looking to buy or rent another house in Rye. She is simply the best.
