Kim Galton

Kim joins the Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group as the Director of Retail from the Princeton Realty Group, which she joined in 2015. She comes from a successful career in the retail industry where she previously held positions as the General Manager for Lord & Taylor, as well as Senior Management positions at Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Anne Klein. She was also the former Vice President of Merchandising for the Donna Karan Company.Kim brings an in-depth knowledge of the retail industry, inclusive of store openings and renovations, operational expertise, and branding and development. Her exposure in corporate buying and store management has provided a strong foundation applicable to developing relationships with both landlords and tenants. She brings focused strategic planning and high-level communication skills, as well as a strong sense of team building.Kim was President of the Chappaqua School Foundation and has worked with the Make A Wish Foundation on fund raising activities. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is licensed in both New York and Connecticut.
