Originally from Maryland, Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and was a licensed real estate associate with the National Association of Realtors in Maryland and West Virginia with experience selling single family homes, townhomes, manufactured homes and condominiums. She is now a Realtor, Sales Associate in the Tampa Bay area.
SELLING YOUR HOME
As your listing representative, she will recommend the optimal sales price based on recent comparable sales so the home sells quickly and advertise your home on MLS, major real estate sales platforms and social media sites. She will advise on preparing the home’s appearance in the best light possible for showings, which may include making repairs, minor improvements, painting the walls or staging the home. Kim will show the home to qualified prospective buyers, advise on purchase contract negotiations, oversee inspections, and supervise the closing.
BUYING A HOME
As your buyer representative, Kim will search all listings to find your dream home at the right price with all the community amenities that are important to you. She will make recommendations in the purchase contract negotiation, assist in arranging financing, confirm all paperwork is completed and attend the final walk-through for closing.
Kim has served in the Real Estate industry for many years including residential, multi-family and manufactured homes. She strives to continually educate herself in this field to provide the best home buying and selling experience as a representative for home sellers and buyers searching for their dream home.
