Kim is an amazing realtor. She's punctual, intelligent, strategic, great communicator and overall approachable and friendly. She answered all my questions (nearly immediately) whenever they arose throughout the entire home buying process. She also has a great team to recommend for inspections, lenders, etc. One major thing that stood out to me was that regardless of budget, Kim treats all her clients equally with dedicated attention. I felt like I was her only client and I know that was definitely not the case.

She was on top of the entire process from start to finish, and even went to places to scope them out for me. I could rave about Kim all day. She is one of a kind and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Deciding to work with Kim on the sale of my home was the best decision I could have made. Thanks to her hard work, recommendations on prepping the house and marketing, we received $75k over ask in the first weekend with multiple offers! In a market where sales are very hit and miss, this was an absolute home run. I always felt like I was part of the conversation and she listened to my input and answered all my questions. She even recommended we list higher than we’d initially discussed and we received more than that- everything worked out better than I ever could have imagined! This is the sixth house I've purchased, was the smoothest transaction I've been involved in, and by far and away the best realtor I've ever worked with.

She also helped me purchase my new home and despite all the chaos of having two transactions at one time, she made sure both were seamless. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past and none match her professionalism, communication, work ethic and strategic approach. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have an excellent experience with buying or selling their home!

Kim was fantastic. We had a small window between selling our home and relocating from out of state and trying to hit the ground running in Colorado and Kim went above and beyond to help us get into a great house and even helping to get our home ready for us to just walk into and unpack. She is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable of the Denver area market. She can even remain pleasant while going to many showings with a couple energetic kids in tow. I highly recommend Kim if you are looking for a top notch agent.

Kim is incredible! We absolutely loved working with her every step of the way. She was flexible to our needs, always professional, very responsive, creative, fun the work with, and has a great instinct of the market. With this wild housing market - it was a huge relief being able to trust our realtor on that deep of a level.
