His abilities and resourcefulness were above and beyond my expectations on several occasions when he assisted me in the sale of my property. With unmatched professionalism and readiness, Kim has a real tenacity in navigating real estate challenges such as staging, presentation, curb appeal, valuations, timing, inspections, and any other curveballs that can happen along the way. What especially helped in my situation with my century home was determining necessary versus unnecessary maintenance before going to market. This saved me thousands of dollars and I am always recommending his services to friends and family.

Going with Kim to sell our house in Eastlake was one of the best personal and financial decisions I have ever made. Kim was thorough with his market analysis, which really helped set our expectations for a listing price and timeline. He advised us on how to clean, stage, and update the house so that it would photograph well. We did not think professional photos were necessary but Kim brought in his guy and man what a difference a professional makes. He kept lines of communication as open as I wanted them to be. On the days we had multiple showings he would follow up after each one and let us know where we stood. He was with us all the way through closing, staying on top of every hiccup along the way. He really made what could be a stressful situation easy. I will use Kim exclusively in the future. I refer him to everyone I know. He's helped many of my friends and family but and sell their homes and every single one walks away with a great experience. Thank you Kim.

I have known Kim for a long time and he has been a realtor to many members of my family so working with him was a no brainer. My wife and I were very picky about which house to pick out for us and Kim was very patient meeting us at every house that we even had a slight interest in. We wanted a house with a creek. For some of the places, we Kim hike with us down a steep ravine just to get an idea of how the land area is. He didn't complain one bit! We ended up finding a great home for us in the end.

Kim helped us so much during our home search! It wasn't an easy market to navigate during summer '21 with houses selling so fast but he was on top of everything! He made it really easy for me and my husband. My husband was out of town for work a lot during our search and Kim helped us schedule visits around his busy schedule and also ones where we could have him on FaceTime during our walkthroughs. He was always available to answer our questions and kept us up to date through the whole process. I highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new home!
