This was my third time buying or selling a property with Kim and honestly I can't imagine going through the process without her. From the very beginning of starting to look at houses Kim was there to guide me and advise me. Finding the perfect property for my foster group home was not an easy process. She was always available by phone or text and I really appreciated when we looked at homes that she was able to notice things that I would have overlooked, like roof issues or repairs that had been done in a shoddy manner. After the inspection she was able to go over the report and advise me on what was important and what was not. She even guided me to a great mortgage company to work with and that process also went very smoothly. Kim genuinely cares about making sure that she is there in person every step of the way and was always a joy to be around. Kim is terrific in every aspect of what she does and I would highly recommend!

We interviewed a couple of realtors to sell our home. Was impressed with Kim's answers on what made her the right person for the job and she delivered exactly as promised. We were so very happy that Kim was our realtor to sell our home that on more than one occasion we stopped to say how happy we picked Kim. She was on top of every step of the sale, from proper market pricing, through the home inspection and fix-it punch list. She recommended someone to stage the home and we really do think that was the clincher to sell our house in 2 days! Just absolutely the best experience we've ever had in selling a home! Would more than recommend hiring Kim, we hope to work with her again someday!
