Kim Hansen

Kim Hansen came to real estate after a career in life sciences and genetic analysis. Having worked as a bench scientist and in product marketing and sales, she knows how to navigate highly technical challenges and how to communicate about them clearly. Her clients benefit from both talents as Kim shepherds them through the complex process of buying or selling a house with compassion and clarity. Her ability to analyze opportunities and fit them to her clients’ needs and wants is a gift. When it’s time to ready a house for market and get the word out, Kim’s marketing experience shines through.

Kim is a natural fit for the Town of Woodside, where she lives with her husband, children, and a small collection of animals. An avid equestrian, she thrives on the trust and close bond that forms with a young horse as she works to develop it into a confident partner. She approaches real estate the same way: relationships come first, trust is built from commitment and shared experience, and you can really go places if you work together.

Never one to shy away from challenging work, Kim is a hands-on doer, known to grab a rake and get her hands dirty to get a job done. She has invested a good part of that attitude into her community, volunteering time and energy at Woodside Elementary School and for the Town of Woodside Trails Committee.
