Kim Hayes

Kim Hayes is an accomplished artist, small business owner, gardener, passionate about preservation and obsessed with real estate. She left a successful career in advertising in Los Angeles in 1998 lured by the lush green landscapes and friendly folks of Middle Tennessee. After leading a Nashville non-profit for several years she and her husband Joel renovated a historic building in downtown Columbia, Tennessee where they live and operate West Seventh Company, a boutique branding firm and fine art gallery. When she is not painting, gardening or telling stories about Columbia, Kim is involved in her community. She serves and chairs the City of Columbia Historic Zoning Commission and is also on the Columbia Main Street Board. She believes in providing a client-centered, high quality service with the aim of achieving the best outcome in every transaction through attention to details, better communication and taking the time to really listen.
