Kim was recommended to us by family and she was a perfect fit from the beginning. We were looking to buy a house out of state and knew what we wanted and where. Kim has a vast understanding of the local area in Northern Kentucky and what the houses are like and what they may need. Thankfully we had an accommodating seller but Kim went to work for us in getting what we wanted throughout the process, spelling it all out, especially in post inspection. We felt supported and up to date on all our deadlines because of Kim and her positive attitude and style.

We worked with Kim to purchase our first home in NKY. I cannot say enough good things about working with Kim.
