Dream retirement home. We worked with Kim remote for quite a while last year. We were still in Texas and looking for a home on the water in NC. Kim sent us many homes and we came to NC to view a couple, even made offers but nothing locked in. We gave up a couple times but Kim did not. We finally came across this house in New Bern that was perfect, the best we had seen. There was another offer on the table so we stretched as far as we could and got accepted. After inspections we went back into negotiations and if it wasn’t for Kim and the selling broker the deal would not have gone through. We have now been in the house for 6 months and love it more and more as time goes by. This is our peaceful, quiet place - we love it. Thank you to Kim and the listing broker for making this happen and Kim not giving up on us.

Went in to look at rental properties with Kim, and she suggested buying which we had never thought about. She showed us beautiful houses and knew exactly what we were looking for. She kept up with all of our questions and concerns almost immediately. At first we were a little reluctant, but she negotiated with the seller very well and we got almost everything we were looking for in our home. During my time of working with Kim Jenkins she made everything very easy for my wife and I. We came in with a short time line and Kim got us into some houses to look at the very day we first talked to her. She was very good about getting back to us about any questions we had. She put us over herself by staying late to help us get out key to move in early. Talk about a huge relief.
