We first started working with Kim a couple months before coming to Texas to look for property. We got daily possible matches sent via email, as per our house wish list. We planned a long weekend to come to Texas to begin our search and Kim put aside 2 days just for us. She made a very stressful and overwhelming process into a fun adventure. Kim was very tuned in to what we had on our must have list and I noticed that when we viewed a home and were talking about it’s features and what we liked and didn’t like, she was taking notes. Then when we viewed a home she would mention the things it had that we either liked or didn’t based on her notes. Such a simple thing, but oh so helpful when you’ve viewed so many homes and become confused and overwhelmed. She was focused and professional, all while being easy to talk to, kind and fun. The weekend ended successfully, as Kim found a house that we didn’t even have on our list. It was love at first sight and she negotiated on our behalf with the builder. I would highly recommend using Kim and Ebby Halliday for your house purchase - she will not disappoint!

Kim helped us sell our house in the most stress-free way. She was prompt with updates on the selling process. She guided us through every step and made sure we thoroughly understood everything about selling our house, open houses, and negotiating prices with buyers. In mid 2020, we re-located from Colorado to McKinney Texas. We did not know anything McKinney and Kim was extremely helpful with our home search and a lot of other things. She had answers for everything and was knowledgeable in negotiating an offer. I could not imagine working with anyone else. In addition, I was impressed with Kim’s responsiveness, she made herself available and had lots of resources.

We absolutely loved working with Kim! We relocated to Dallas from out of state and she really listened to what we wanted. She also made sure we saw every thing we needed to make an informed decision. Kim has been super helpful during the whole purchase process. Since this is my first home purchase, I have so many questions and concerns. She is so patient to answer each single of them. She also gives me many insightful tips, which help the process to go so smoothly.

Kim responds very quickly. She always works extra time to make sure my document got delivered in time, even it is 11 pm. She also updates in time to make sure I have all the information to make the decision.

Kim is also at very good at negotiating. She helps me to close the deal quickly even there are multiple buyers for that location.

I strong recommend Kim as a really professional Real Estate Professional. I will definitely use her if there is any further purchase/sell need.

Kim was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. Kim never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. We met Kim at an open house over 5 years ago when my elderly father was moving to Texas from out of state. We happened in on an open house she was conducting for another client, explained our situation and she jumped right in. We found a lovely home for him & he was very happy here. Recently my father passed away and I didn't give it a second thought - call Kim. The house sold in a couple days and we closed within 3 weeks. She guided me through the process and advised me well!
