Kim helped us sell our home in Abingdon and was able to help us a great return on our investment. We asked her to come to the home a few months prior to listing so we could figure out what needed to go. That helped tremendously. Once the home was on the market, she was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had a glitch when a rogue home inspector told our buyers the roof shingles were curling and the roof needed replacement. Kim sprang to the rescue, had the owner of a roofing company come in that same day, inspect and tell her, and the buyers that the roof had 5-8 years left on it. I can't imagine what would have happened without Kim's quick response in handling the issue. Thank you Kim for everything!

I have great appreciation for Kim. I sold the townhome and bought a new townhome at the same time. The major reason that I worked with her is that she is honest and trustworthy. She is professional and attentive every time I need her. She responded my calls, texts, or email immediately. She also sold my house with good price.
