Words cannot express how wonderful Kim is. When we decided to list our house Kim came over, walked through our house and told us what we needed to do to get the most interest. About a week later the house was ready to be photographed and listed. We went live with the listing around 10am on Thursday, had 3 showings that day and then had 3 offers the next day! If you hire Kim and listen to her advice you will not regret it!

I cannot speak highly enough of Kim! She made my home buying process extremely smooth and made sure everything was easy to understand. Kim was great to work with. She made it clear what to do to get our house sold. We got a request to see it after a couple hours of it being listed online and an offer within 48 hours of being on the market. Can’t beat that. If you listen to her, your house will sell. Very pleased. We almost didn’t sell as we had given up on finding a house we wanted but when we did finally see one we couldn’t pass on, she sure made the process of selling our house very easy so we could move into our dream home fast.

Kim was so professional, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire experience of selling our previous home, and transitioning into our new home. She is so knowledgeable and her recommendations and suggestions helped appease any stress that we had. As a first time home buyer, the process felt overwhelming from the beginning. I didn't know how I should be doing things, I was afraid of being taken advantage of - I felt lucky as soon as my bank connected me with Kim. She's constantly available, extremely approachable, and patient beyond reason. She answered all my questions and at times told me things I should be asking that I hadn't even considered. We wasted very little time looking at properties that didn't fit my budget or vision, and faster than I ever could have imagined possible I was closing on my first house. Kim is amazing. Just wanted to take a minute and express our gratitude and appreciation for our amazing realtor and now lifelong friend, Kim Kraft. It started 10 months ago when we took the jump to look at a new house we had seen pop up on the market. We had reached out to Tim Handley for realtor suggestions and he immediately paired us with Kim. Fast forward to April 2024 and we our now proud owners of a custom built home! We have used Kim a number of times and for each home she has been brilliant. When it comes to her keeping us apprised of what is happening or whether it is just calling to make sure that we have everything that we need, she is top of the hill. With purchasing our current home she was there for every walkthrough an for every step of the process. In the 2nd to last walk she was picking out things to get fixed that we were missing as we were just so excited to get moved in.
