My wife and I engaged Kim to help us both sell and buy a home at a critical time in our lives - several months away from having our first child. Our anxiety levels were high as we were under the gun to get moved into a new house with enough time to prepare the house for our new baby. There were several times where we would have sold our existing home for far less money had Kim not held out feet to the fire and ensured us that we could hit the price we wanted. Kim sold our home for our target price and negotiated a reduction in price on the home we purchased in an impossible market that favored sellers. Kim was understanding, patient, caring, insightful and most of all responsive. She has helped us well past the sale/purchase - giving us contacts for trash removal, movers, stagers, carpet cleaners and contractors. We will use Kim again and suggest her to friends and family alike.
