Kim Noonan

Kim is a full-time professional assisting sellers and buyers in Will County and surrounding counties and communities since 1986, specializing in the Lincoln-Way towns of Frankfort, New Lenox, Mokena, and Manhattan. She is consistently ranked in the top 50 RE/MAX agents in Northern Illinois and recognized as a top real estate agent in the Lincoln-Way area for decades. She has been featured on both Chicago Magazine and The Wall Street Journal, and recognized as a Five Star Professional. She has been honored as a recipient of RE/MAX International Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame awards. Kim is a lifelong resident of the south suburbs of Chicago. When not assisting clients with their home selling or buying needs and real estate questions, she and her husband TJ enjoy traveling, going to concerts, and the daily joys and tribulations of their semi-famous rescue dog, Steve.
