I can not say enough about Kim. She was incredible, responsive, was able to show homes within hours of a request, and was engaging and very knowledgeable! She will work hard to help you find the home you will love! She even worked with us while on her vacation to setup an alternative agent to show a home we wanted to view. Do not hesitate to call her. We were connected with Kim when I called Realtor.com about a house we were interested in. When she came on the line, I explained that my family and I were moving from NC to VA for my husband’s job. Our home in NC was already on the market and we had also already accepted an offer, so we had to find a house quick. I sent her a bunch of listings that my husband and I were interested in, and we had to look at a good portion of them in one weekend.

We went to VA memorial day weekend and looked at 9 houses on Saturday. We were ready to put offers in on 2 different ones, and she caught little things that may not have worked for us, so we didn’t put the offers in and were disappointed that we didn’t find anything. She called me later that night and said there was one that we didn’t look at, and I remembered another one we hadn’t looked at, so she scheduled us to look at them on Sunday before we left to go back to NC.

We ended up putting an offer in on one of the ones we looked at on Sunday, and it was accepted! Kim was amazing through the whole process and answered any questions we had. We had her running all over the place to look at different areas, and she was great through it all. I would highly recommend using her as a realtor if you are searching for a home in the area that she covers.

Kim went above and beyond for me! I was only in the area for a short period of time and she had several listings lined up for me! She was very detail oriented, she found exactly what I wanted. Kim was professional, positive, and determined. She’s really sweet! I highly recommend her! I was very pleased with her as my realtor!
