Kim Pease, Partner and founding member of the Pease & Libby Team, brings over 30 years of experience selling real estate. A true veteran in the business offering clients an in-depth perspective of multiple real estate cycles. When not working, you will most likely find Kim on the trails, a passionate runner who has run over 20 marathons. An ideal vacation for Kim is anywhere there is a mountain to hike or a yoga room to sweat in. She is known for creating amazing salads by her friends and family and will choose kale over cake…but if you need to know where the best chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies are in town, give her a call.

Kim is a member of the CBRealty “Elite” group and consistently named in the TOP 50 Agents for Coldwell Banker Realty. She has been secretary and treasurer of the Minneapolis Association of Realtors Board of Directors and a full time Realtor since 1989. Kim has owned four different homes in the Mpls. Cedar Lake Area where she is known as the go to Realtor. She currently lives on Libbs Lake in the Lake Minnetonka neighborhood.
