Kim Phillips

I have been a Douglas County resident for the last 32 years, moving to Roseburg from Coos Bay. My husband Russ and I have a son, a daughter, a grandchild and 3 grand-dogs, they are her pride and joy.

After moving to Roseburg, I worked for the Douglas County school district as a classroom assistant and office secretary at Winchester Elementary School, then moved on the be the Administrative Secretary to the principal of Roseburg High. Following my work with the school district I then went to work in the title and escrow industry here in Roseburg for 14 years, having had 9 years of previous experience in Coos Bay.

After a total of 23 years in the title and escrow industry, I decided to work directly with those amazing people to help them buy the homes of their dreams or sell their homes to start a new adventure.

I love gardening and being outdoors and above all, nothing beats being a grandparent.
