Kim was referred to us by a real estate developer. She gave us tips to improve our condo for resell. When I saw the photos online I was glad to see her suggestions made a difference. The condo sold in few weeks. She also contacted the buyers for us when my package went back to my old address. Glad to refer her to friends and family.

I recommend Kim to everyone I know in the area. She is a rare find in the real estate industry and is truly a pleasure to work with. I have never met a real estate agent who is more honest and sincere than Kim.

I have worked with Kim on various types of transactions in the westside over the years including renting for myself, purchasing a short sale, purchasing single family homes, private sale, and finding tenants. In each case, I can count on Kim providing honest and valuable opinion even if it would yield more work for her or would dissuade me from doing a deal. She would point out potential issues with each of the properties I am considering, so that it wouldn’t come as an unpleasant surprise to me later. At the same time, she is infinitely patient and considerate with all of my requests.

Don’t get me wrong, even though Kim is down to earth, she is still a very sharp, knowledgeable, and well-connected professional. On the sell/rent side, she again and again managed to fetch me higher prices than anyone else in the building. I couldn’t be happier. I am so glad to have found a real estate agent like Kim. I look forward to many more years of a great relationship with her!
