Kim Rochford

Before starting a career in Real Estate, Kim worked in the service industry. Kim has a compassion for helping others. Kim was awarded the 2019 Good Neighbor Award by Kent County Association of Realtors for her work with the Girl Scouts. Kim has completed the NAR C2EX training in order to better serve her clients as well as many other classes offered by her state and local association to further her education in the industry.



Kim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors and Kent County Association of Realtors. Has served as the lockbox chair and was on the Social Committee for the Kent County Association of Realtors.



Kim specializes in First Time Home Buyers, resale, and property management. In her spare time Kim coach's little league softball, has volunteered for ABATE a motorcycle rights group in Delaware, served as the Teen Club Advisor for the Moose and has served her local fire company ladies auxiliary. Kim enjoys spending time with her children and grand children.
