Rosemary and I hired Kim as our Realtor and experience was over the top! She let us know what we needed to fix on house to sell quicker and brought in another realtor she worked with to get a second opinion. She was fun to work with and sold our house in a few days after listing. She also helped us find our new home and took her time working with us. She really knows the process and gave us great counsel along the way. Rose and I highly recommend her and would definitely call her again to buy or sell a house. Kim works hard for her clients and has integrity!

If you are looking to buy or sell a house, you NEED to contact Kim! She is very professional and detailed in her work as a realtor. Kim is dedicated to you as a customer and will work tirelessly to meet your needs. She will get to know you personally to understand your likes and dislikes when selecting the right homes for you to look at when buying. Kim is extremely patient with you as a client! She isn't pushy in anyway...she wants to make sure you get what you need for you and your family. Kim will educate you about the buying and selling process to make sure your questions are answered and will put your mind at ease during what can be a stressful process. My daughter suggested I talk to Kim about selling my condo. Kim was very friendly and professional from the start. She even had a potential buyer (through another realtor) in mind and I agreed to show my condo before listing it. Within a couple days, we agreed on an offer and got the process started. Kim never missed a phone call from me and replied to every text / email in a very timely manner. She even had to work with the HOA manager who thrives on being mean and hateful to anyone she has contact with. Kim was very professional and classy each time she had to deal with her. If you're looking to buy or sell your home, I highly recommend you give Kim a call.

Kim is AMAZING. I have now bought and sold a condo with Kim already and now I am in the process of buying and selling a new house. She is there every step of the way for any questions that we have. She is super patient in explaining things and very hands on in understanding what we want in a house and a property. I cannot say enough great things about Kim! I don't even know where to start! Her market knowledge, attention to detail, willingness and ability to answer any and all questions, flexibility with scheduling home viewings, ability to effectively assist with decision-making throughout the negotiation stage, and general great attitude make her one-of-a-kind. Kim helped us navigate a move from out-of-state, and she was with us every step of the way. She quickly identified and was up-front with us about various risks associated with a property, which was instrumental in making a sound purchasing decision. She was timely and accurate with documents related to the negotiation and closing stage of the home buying process. She recommended excellent contractors for the home inspection and subsequent repairs, so Kim has a great network for her customers to utilize.

Ultimately, we found our perfect home at a good price thanks to Kim!

We have dealt with several realtors over the years of home ownership (like 40). Our dealings with Kim were by far the best. She went way beyond the call of duty, working in our behalf to help us get the house, and to get the best price for us and for the seller too. She was ready to meet with us whenever needed, including sometimes evenings or weekends, to help us find the right home that fit our needs and budget. She helped us to understand the "bidding" process (something new since last time we bought). When problems arose with the presale repairs to the home, she was right there, working with us and the seller to make things right. We thoroughly recommend Kim; you won't find another realtor who cares more about getting the right home for you and works with you throughout the entire process.
