Kim Slaughter

Since 2012, Kim has been the managing real estate broker that has purchased over 2000 homes to place into various rental portfolios for their investor/partners in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets. The work that her team provides has been evaluating values and rents of each home considered for purchase, estimating construction rehabs and handling all aspects of purchasing from the initial contract to closing. They have delivered assets that have consistently come in under market value, within 5%+/- of their underwritten construction budget, and have met or exceeded the expectations of their clients. She is currently expanding her team to the Houston market and have many wholesale properties available
