About Kim

Born in Vietnam and raised in the US from the age of 5, Kim Stanley has settled in Hampton Roads for over 38 years and has extensive knowledge of the area as well as the local Real Estate Market.
In 1998, she and her husband Bob started investing in Real Estate by flipping properties and through this process she found her passion. She first took the Virginia Real Estate Appraisers Course and passed the State exam before getting her real estate license in the fall of 2006. Kim originally specialized in being a buyer’s agent and continued to spread her knowledge by assisting investors in the process of flipping properties. Her client referral base continued to grow and soon took off, assisting clients with the selling of their homes as well as adding Property Management to her line of expertise.
In 2012, Kim opened her company and today she contributes her success to her core values. These values are: Building strong foundations, treating people the right way, Putting the needs of others first, and making a difference to those that you come into contact with. Kim believes that if you conduct your business using these values, everything else will fall into place. Coaching and training agents in the real estate profession has always been very rewarding for Kim and today she thrives in these areas of her business. She knows that sharing her knowledge and information not only helps her agents, but her profession as well.
Kim has a real love and passion for helping others through her real estate business. She has carried a message with her for 13 years that reads: “DON’T JUDGE EACH DAY BY THE HARVEST YOU REAP, BUT BY THE SEEDS YOU PLANT”. Kim lives her life and conducts her business by those words.
