Kim Stephens is an amazing realtor. My husband and I purchased our first home and Kim was so good at guiding us every step of the way. As first time home buyers we didn't know processes we needed to go through and she was there guiding us and answering all of our questions. There were a couple of stressful times when we put in offers, she was there to calm our fears and talk us through everything. She was able to make the process fun, exciting and to keep us calm when we needed it. The knowledge and advice she gives is spot on and we couldn't of been happier with our choice in realtors. Thanks to Kim's hard work, tenacity and encouragement, we were able to purchase the home of our dreams. Kim is very knowledgeable and professional and it was a pleasure working with her.
We had already moved out of state before our house was sold and it couldn't have been any easier thanks
to Kim. Our house sold quickly and Kim took all the stress out of the process. Kim is very responsive and always kept us in the loop. Thank you Kim.
