Kim Sullivan-Beier joined Brown Harris Stevens (then Halstead New Jersey) in 2012, working with Peter Cossio, Clare Cossio, and Westley Page as a member of the dynamic Hudson Realty Group.

A real estate professional since 1978, Kim has worked in Manhattan; Boston, MA; Virginia Beach, VA; Dallas, TX; and Breckenridge, CO. In 2015, she earned the prestigious Halstead Rising Star Award in recognition of her hard work, dedication to her clients, and success in expanding her business. She is also a past winner of the NJ REALTORS Circle of Excellence Award.
