Kim's passion for the business of Florida's real estate is surpassed only by her love for Florida itself. The weather, beaches, along with the diversity of people.... she has found it to be the ideal place to raise her three young children. She moved to Florida after graduation from high school on Long Island, NY, to attend college, where she received her degree in Education from the University of Central Florida.

Before turning her talents to real estate, Kim worked as an educator in Orlando Fl, being nominated Teacher-of-the-Year, 3 years running. She then went onto become an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative in SC and NY.

The fast-paced and unique real estate market which currently defines Florida, satisfies her desire for excitement, variety and new people and places. All this has been channeled and combined with utilizing her ever-expanding knowledge of Brevard and everything it has to offer.

Kim began her career with Century 21 and Stirling Sotheby's in Merritt Island before joining Treasure Coast Sotheby's International Realty in 2012. Enjoying her second year as a realtor, she has already become a multi-million-dollar producer specializing in waterfront properties along Brevard County's coastline.

Kim remains intensely focused on service, integrity, and discretion. She continues to rapidly build a reputation for meticulous diligence, persistence, and untiring service. Whether downsizing or upgrading, her joy comes from servicing her clients well and transitioning them to their new homes and new beginnings.
