Kim enjoys her career as a Realtor, and while her raving clients will tell you her laughter is contagious, she takes her job very seriously. She focuses on providing exceptional service to all her clients - a commitment she is proud of. She’ll tell you that her success lies in helping people achieve their home ownership dreams, and she enjoys every moment of that process.

Kim is much too humble to admit having earned the RE/MAX 100% club award for 10 consecutive years! She has recently earned the coveted position of President of Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors for 2017.

As a trusted listing agent and trusted buyer agent, Kim builds strong client relationships based on open communication and trust, and quite possibly, a few jokes from time-to-time. Kim’s long history in real estate has resulted in a lengthy list of clients that have returned and referred their friends and families as clients – the best compliment any Realtor could receive!

In addition to her love for real estate, Kim is heavily involved in local charities and enjoys giving back to our wonderful communities. She has swung a hammer for Habitat for Humanity and put on an apron to serve at Our Neighbors Table, and she does it the only way she knows how – with a smile. Kim also volunteers for The Boys and Girls Club and The Salvation Army and has served on the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors Board for 6 years in an Executive Committee Position, as well as earning the prestige REALTOR OF THE YEAR award for 2018.
