Thank you Kim! She helped out in so many way to get our condo up for sale. An out of state investor who needed a project manager/realtor to get the place cleaned, fixed up, and painted, and worked with existing tenants to help close on the sale. If you need someone to help solve problems, Kim is the person for you.
