Kim Zander is a go-getter with a passion for real estate. Zander’s strong work ethic, integrity, and 26 years of sales experience combined with her desire to provide a personalized approach sets her — and The Perdomo Group — apart.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Zander earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising. Her background as a Senior Corporate Account Manager gave Zander national and international negotiation experience working with several Fortune 100 companies, including ExxonMobil, MW Kellogg, and Schlumberger. She continues to bring these leadership skills and accomplishments to the negotiating table, pairing them with her unique personal touch. She feels it is a privilege to guide clients as they make life-changing decisions, matter the phase of life they’re in. Zander’s repeat clients and frequent referrals demonstrate her true passion for what she does. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
An Illinois native, Zander has lived in Houston for more than 35 years and in the Memorial area for 20+ years, giving her a strong network of relationships. She loves to travel, watch sports, and work out, but mostly she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their three children, Jake, Ava, and Olivia, and their darling Labrador Retriever, Noa Belle Zander.
