Kim and her husband arrived in the Lake Norman area 25 years ago via Akron/Cleveland, Ohio and then Pittsburgh. It felt like home almost immediately because they found the people so friendly. Kim is not sure if it is the abundant sunshine or the pretty lake that creates such a sense of community and happiness. Not only have they watched their three beautiful children grow and blossom in Cornelius, but they also have watched the area grow into a very amenity rich community that is suitable for all lifestyles young and old. As with many families most of her husband’s family followed them here!

Before Real Estate Kim had a career first in Merchandise and Sales Management for a major department store and then Corporate Client Services and Product Implementation in banking.
