We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Kimberley Beaudry on five real estate transactions over the years, and we can honestly say we have never met a more hardworking, persistent, and talented real estate professional. Kimberley is honest, connected, and incredibly savvy — she has a keen instinct for real estate values and a remarkable ability to negotiate tough transactions on her clients’ behalf.

Kimberley knows the Orlando area inside and out. She utilizes numerous online resources estate platforms to stay on top of pricing trends and available properties and to advertise her clients properties. She runs her own office with a dedicated team who match her professionalism and support her endless sales drive.

We were delighted when Kimberly agreed to sell our home, she was the only realtor we had considered. This was absolutely proven to us throughout this protracted sale whereby She never lost sight of the goal, even though the buyers tested us throughout the sale constantly changing and seeking extensions. Buying a home is a wild ride! But navigating it with Kimberley is a must! She is knowledgeable, experienced and knows the process in and out. She has multiple trusted partners and vendors that help make the process easier. She is responsive and available and understands how important it is to move quickly when you find a home you love. When I decided to purchase my second home there was no way I would work with anyone other than Kim! She helped me purchase my first condo in 2016 and while it was a great experience this was somehow better! We had no idea what to expect when buying a home in COVID, but between her and her recommended vendors we were in our new (PERFECT) home in only 3 weeks.
