Our experience with Kim as our Realtor could not have been more perfect! Kim was super responsive, incredibly professional and a joy to work with. She recommended a fantastic handyman and a hardworking yard guy to prepare our house to put on the market. She gave us great advice on upgrade ideas that got us the best return on investment. Kim helped us set a price that was well above what we thought we would ask (yes- we doubted her). She also found us great "comps" on our home (which was difficult for us to find a comparison to). When steady rain delayed the normal yardman from mowing, Kim even brought her teenaged son by to mow our yard when an unexpected showing popped up. We got full asking price within a month AND she even negotiated some things for us on our side of closing cost that we never expected to get. You will be very lucky to have her sell your home!

Kim Laye helped me sell my parents home after they had passed. She had great advice for how to stage and ready the home. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and what was a reasonable listing price. The first showing an offer was made. Kim is very thorough from point A to B and communicated almost daily to keep the sale moving flawlessy. I highly recommend her.
