Kimberley is the CEO and Co-Owner of The Friendly Florida Home Sales Team of Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. She is originally from Ontario, Canada and moved with her family to the Tampa Bay area in 1976. She was fortunate enough to grow up in the delightful, little town of Dunedin, FL which was vastly different than what it is today. After high school, she wanted to work in their family business which was a school that taught professional skincare and massage therapies. She quickly got her educators license to practice and teach Medical Esthetics. In her late 20’s, Kimberley and Dwaine got married, started their family, and had to make a hard decision to leave their home in Tampa Bay due to a job transfer to Orlando. Over the years, they moved to several new states and relied heavily on their Real Estate Agents to help them settle into their new area and to help them sell when it was time. This is how she started to realize that this is what she wanted to do. Once they finally moved back to their beloved hometown, Kimberley got her Real Estate license and started learning everything she could to be the best Agent she could be. Now a seasoned agent with hundreds of home sales under her belt she can easily guide and assist people who are relocating, investing, buying, and selling using her years of experience, compassion for the stresses involved in moving and utilizing her strong negotiating skills. She prides herself on giving honest advice and providing outstanding communication and service to every client by making sure she is always just a phone call, email, or text message away.
As a very close-knit family, her husband, who is also her business partner, and she decided it was time to join forces, so they started their Real Estate Team called Friendly Florida Home Sales! They love working together and are always striving to create a happy and successful place to work. They work with several team members to coordinate volunteering and fundraising for local charities. They also have a small cat rescue as avid animal lovers and belong to Calvary Church in Clearwater. Personally, Kimbereley enjoys golf carting around town, anything on the water, exploring new shops and restaurants, and supporting her Tampa Bay Buccaneers which makes Tampa Bay an amazing place to call home.
