Raised for most of her young life in Brownsville, Oregon, and now residing in Stayton, Kim has deep roots in the communities she serves. Her local knowledge, combined with a genuine understanding of rural and small-town living, allows her to guide clients with confidence and insight.

Kim spent more than 20 years as a softball coach at the high school, travel ball, and youth levels, working with athletes from 10U to 18U. Coaching athletes of all skill levels strengthened her leadership, communication, and ability to guide people through challenges — skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.
