Kimberly Armand

Kimberly Armand began her real estate career being the Executive Administrator and Transaction Coordinator for a top producing team in Uptown New Orleans for 10 years. She has been licensed since 2013 and is now a solo agent.

Kimberly has always had a passion for real estate and watching the transformation of properties through renovations. She successfully guided her brother in the purchase and renovation of a rental property and helped him sell a few years later at a significant profit. She has also personally purchased and renovated a home from a client which is currently used as her primary residence. Professionally, Kimberly has built relationships, helped families and continues to improve her real estate business. Kimberly enjoys the agent role helping family, friends, and her community with their real estate needs.
