I can't recommend Kim highly enough for her incredible work as my real estate agent during a difficult escrow process. From the very beginning, Kim impressed me with her deep knowledge of the local housing market and her keen ability to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home.

When I finally found our dream home, unfortunately the escrow proved to be full of frustrating delays and challenges. This could have completely derailed the sale, but Kim handled every hurdle with astounding poise and professionalism. She was always able to keep cool under pressure, smoothly negotiating with the sellers' agent to keep things moving forward.

Most importantly, Kim provided me with steady reassurance and encouragement throughout the entire stressful process. As sellers, we really appreciated Kimberly's hands-on approach. Other agents we talked to said they could refer us to a contractor for the needed renovations. Kimberly brought in a contractor and oversaw the renovations herself. She was also the only agent who could answer our questions related to the property being in a trust. Add to that a warm personality, and you have a great agent!

Kim handled the sale of my home in Rio Vista. I had taken a new job out of state and was constantly traveling back and forth between home and the new job. My wife was also six months pregnant at the time. Kim made herself available to help my wife with anything she needed while I was out of town. She handled all issues with the sale (none of which were caused by her or her team. Broken window from gardener, buyer underwriter asking for something last minute). I was able to get significantly more than asking, which I believe was in large part thanks to Kim. Overall she took a stressful situation and made it much easier on my wife and myself. If you are looking for someone to help in the sale / purchase of a home Kim and her team are exactly who you want in your corner.

Kim was assigned to me by Veterans United. I was glad that we connected immediately—first through email, then text/call, and then a cup of coffee in person. She set me up to receive emails of listings and we would connect for showings as our schedules permitted. She was always responsive & able to accommodate, despite her having other clients to work for. Our 2nd offer ended up ratifying and we closed on our house just a little over a week ago. It was a month-long process of contracts, repairs, inspections, etc. that we would not have gotten through without her. I was stressed out, had buyer’s remorse at times, which both are normal responses when you’re making moves in uncharted territory, but Kim didn’t waver. She kept me focused on the end result. We still have a few more weeks until she & my family get to walk through our home after the sellers vacate, but the toughest part (besides moving itself) is done. If you are looking for a VA loan buyer agent, or any type of loan for that matter, consider working with Kim. Thank you, Kim, for what you do for your clients, and especially all that you have done for us.

Kimberly was extremely patient with us. We searched for a house in a 55+ gated community in Brentwood. We went to house after house after house for 6 months. She was very accommodating and helpful in finding just the right place. She has the patience of a saint.
We were so impressed with her expertise and service that we listed our house in Pleasanton with her. Did some interior remodeling and painting and listed it. Six days later got an offer that was way beyond our wildest dreams.
