Kim has been successful in real estate in NE Florida for over 22 years. Prior to her real estate career Kim spent 18 years in healthcare administration & marketing & promotion with various roles including serving as department administrator of a large family practice program at a prominent medical school, and developing & marketing an employee assistance program & worksite wellness program at a large Blue Shield plan in Hawaii. She has her Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing & a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. In Kim’s real estate career her extra training & designations include a Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation, Military Relocation Professional certification & she recently earned her Broker Associate certification.
