Kimberly helped us purchasing our home in a rather bare market in Boulder, CO at the beginning of the spring 2014. In our budget range houses were selling in less than 24 hours above asking price. She helped us navigate through a rather stressful process. She helped us consider pros and cons of various properties we visited and was extremely prompt in making sure we secure something suitable to our circumstances. The transaction was not easy due to various delays such as receiving and processing required information and documents (mortgage approval, HOA papers that required interpretation etc.). Kimberly has been very professional and patient in keeping us on track, assisting with all our doubts and requests and, as far as it was in her capacity, in making sure deadlines are respected.
