Kim listed a home that I purchased to renovate and re-sell. I was in a situation where I needed to sell the home fast in order to minimize my holding costs. We were fortunate to receive a cash offer from a buyer that could close in 2 weeks. However, some issues came up during closing that created some hesitation on the part of the buyer. I highly recommend Kimberly Bui as a real estate broker in the Los Angeles, California area.
